Mr. Sharad has more than 20 years of professional experience in Nepal working with government, University and non-governmental organizations.  He has extensive experience in preparation of training manuals, & training facilitation and research/project evaluation. During career of peace and development facilitated more than 500 training, and evaluated more than a dozen projects.
