Ms. Shrestha has more than twenty years of experience of Program/Project management, organizational review and assessments. She has knowledge, experience and capacity in Social Research and Studies, design survey and evaluations of program/ projects.

Disability is one of the major area of her work and carried out various activities. She has done final evaluation for various disability organizations. Similarly she took lead on assessing the situation of woman with disability in four districts and study on violence against person with disability at three districts. Besides this she has also experience and capacity on Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Good governance, Economic Empowerment.
