Seema has been working in development field for over last eight years. Prior to entering into development sector, she has also worked with the Government of Nepal for more than five years in various capacities, mainly liaising with donor communities, such as ILO and GIZ. Seema’s strength has been in leading and managing community development programmes, comprising elements, such as, women empowerment, peace and conflict management. She is well embedded with tools and techniques, i.e., Peace Conflict Impact Management, Participatory Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation and possesses good understanding on the concept on Theory of Change for managing the impact and effective M&E.
